Baby, Come back!

So, my blog and I broke up.

We decided mutually that it was time to go our separate ways. It was becoming too demanding of my time and I was not prepared to make that sort of commitment to it. I've been experiencing a bit of writer's block lately, as well, which made me a very neglectful partner. I made the blog private and began slowly and methodically plucking my favorite writings off the site. Soon enough it was going to be completely deleted. A clean break... a fresh start.

The first few days without the blog was full of glee. No responsibility, no commitment. I felt like a free woman! And then it happened...

I experienced a few phenomenal days and had no blog to share it with. It was a difficult realization. I tossed and turned, shed a tear or two and agonized over going back.

But alas... here I am.

I've decided that I am going to try something new with my writing. Often times, I am afraid to write exactly what I feel for fear of who may read it. I find myself hesitating to type what is really on my mind. So from now on... its on like Donkey Kong. My blog is going to become PG-13 and quite possibly R rated very shortly.
